Today we’re proud to announce a landmark partnership with DICK’S Sporting Goods, which will serve as the Official Sporting Goods Retailer of the WPBL for our inaugural 2026 season.
The partnership will officially debut this week at the first stop of the WPBL Countdown Tour: WPBL x Boston Red Sox Spring Training in Fort Myers, Florida.
As part of our partnership with DICK’S Sporting Goods, Prolook, the exclusive custom team partner of DICK’S, has designed jerseys specifically for the first event of the WPBL Countdown Tour. These high-performance jerseys mark the first official on-field apparel produced under the new partnership.
“The partnership with DICK’S is a gamechanger for the WPBL and for women’s baseball at large,” said Keith Stein, CEO and Co-Founder of the WPBL. “Together, we are not just launching a league; we are building a foundation for future generations and the WPBL is incredibly grateful to DICK’S Sporting Goods for being such a great supporter of women in sport.”
Building on the momentum of WPBL x Boston Red Sox Spring Training in Fort Myers, the partnership between the WPBL and DICK’S is set to expand with a full, league-wide uniform unveiling planned for later this spring.
“Partnering with the WPBL as the league’s Official Sporting Goods Retailer underscores our commitment to supporting the growth and visibility of women’s sports,” said Mark Rooks, VP of Creative, Sponsorship & Entertainment at DICK’S. “We’re proud to stand alongside the WPBL and provide the resources and support these athletes need as they prepare for a historic 2026 season.”
Following this week’s WPBL x Boston Red Sox Spring Training, the WPBL Countdown Tour will continue throughout the spring and summer, featuring exhibition games, the WPBL Group Chat LIVE!, and FanFests across the U.S. to build community and visibility before the WPBL’s inaugural season begins on August 1st, 2026.
