The inaugural season of the Women’s Pro Baseball League will see the best women in baseball compete over a six-week regular season at a neutral site: Robin Roberts Stadium in Springfield, Illinois. Four teams, representing Boston, Los Angeles, New York, and San Francisco, will compete for position in September’s WPBL playoffs, all with the goal of becoming the first-ever WPBL Champions.
